TEXT UNLOCKED FOR IPHONE AND IPAD
Most questions are answered below. If the app is not behaving as expected, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the step where the problem occurred. Please do not email private source images or recognized text unless you intentionally want them reviewed.
How do I unlock text?
Open Text Unlocked and choose a screenshot, image file, clipboard image, camera, or the built-in sample. Recognition starts automatically and opens an editable result.
Why was no text found?
Use the sharpest available image, make sure the words are visible at a useful size, and try cropping closer. Very blurred, stylized, handwritten, or low-contrast text may not recognize accurately.
How do I use the action?
Open a screenshot or photo, tap Share, choose Edit Actions if needed, and enable Unlock Text. The action recognizes and edits the image without opening the main app.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Text Unlocked, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the original lifetime purchase.
Does the app need internet access?
Text recognition runs on-device and works offline. Internet access is needed only for App Store purchase and restore services or opening these support pages.
