Privacy Policy

Text Unlocked is made by Myworkingmemory LLC. The app is designed so that the images you choose and the text recognized from them stay on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this content.

Data we collect

We do not collect, store, sell, or share your screenshots, photos, recognized text, clipboard contents, contacts, precise location, or identifiers. Text Unlocked has no account system, advertisements, or third-party analytics SDK.

How image access works

You choose when to provide an image through Apple's Photos picker, Files picker, camera, clipboard, or the Unlock Text action. The app receives only the item you select. Recognition uses Apple frameworks on your device. Images and recognized text are held in app memory only for the current workflow; they are not uploaded to or retained by Myworkingmemory LLC.

Local data, retention, and deletion

Text Unlocked stores only small app-state values on your device, such as the number of completed free conversions, lifetime-unlock status, successful export count, and the date of the last review prompt. It does not save your source images or recognized text as app records. Delete the app to remove its locally stored app-state values. Because Myworkingmemory LLC does not receive or retain app data or maintain an account for you, there is no app data held by us to request for deletion.

Your choices and permissions

You control each image you provide. You can stop using a selected image by starting a new conversion or closing the app. Camera access can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Photos and Files use Apple's system pickers so you decide which individual items to share.

Purchases

Lifetime unlock purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives verified transaction and entitlement status on-device to unlock the app; Myworkingmemory LLC does not receive your payment-card details. Apple retains and controls purchase records under its own privacy policy and account-management tools.

Diagnostics and App Store analytics

Text Unlocked does not include its own analytics or crash-reporting service. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store sales, usage, and diagnostic information when users have chosen to share it with Apple. That information does not include the images or text you process in Text Unlocked.

Information you choose to send us

If you voluntarily email support or request launch updates, we use your email address and message only to respond or provide the updates you requested. We do not sell that information or share it for advertising. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request and related business records. You can ask us to delete a support or launch-update email by contacting support@myworkingmemory.ai. These emails are sent through your email service and are not collected by the Text Unlocked app.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else because it does not collect personal information.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this page and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change takes effect.
